Tracy Couto currently serves as the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs at the Madden College of Business and Economics, and is the Director of the Save-McGill Center for Reflective Leadership, Director of the Global Jesuit Case Series, and Co-Founder/Director of IgnitEd. Dr. Couto teaches Leadership and Strategy in the Madden School. She attended Loyola University Maryland, earning her bachelor鈥檚 degree in communications. She owned a consulting business that connected local grassroots organizations with grant funding before serving as a grantwriter at Le Moyne College. Since joining the college she has served in a variety of roles including Executive Director of the NY Family Business Center. She received a Master鈥檚 in Science in Education from Le Moyne College. Dr. Couto’s research focuses on undergraduate business school students’ attitudes and beliefs about effective leadership. Dr. Couto is currently a board member of the International Humanistic Management Association, Colleagues in Jesuit Business Education, and the Society for Case Research.
