Why a Communication Degree from Le Moyne?

Everyone loves a great story. There’s an art to telling stories that connect and inspire others, entertain and educate, and touch minds and hearts. Whether through a TV show, an animated film, a graphic novel or a podcast – a skilled storyteller knows how to captivate an audience and make magic happen.

As a communication student, you will learn everything you need to know to do just that – from writing to visual design, filmmaking and video production, journalism and so much more. And, there are lots of chances for real-world experience and building high-tech skills through internships or joining a student-run club. In no time, you could be reporting for The Dolphin, storytelling in The Salamander – the Heights’ literary magazine – or in front of a TV or mic on LCTV and WLMU, our TV and radio stations.
