Plaintiff dissatisfaction with mass tort multi-district litigation is no secret. Scholars have illuminated issues in mass torts for several decades, but their solutions are impractical at best. Plaintiff side mass tort professionals have the experiential knowledge requisite to resolve issues but are occupied fighting for their clients. This thesis blends scholarly insight with the experiential knowledge of mass tort professionals to create a practicable playbook to begin resolving plaintiff dissatisfaction with mass torts.
